What is included in a Free Session?

Getting started is simple. Use the booking link below to choose a time that works best for you. Once your session is scheduled, we’ll meet virtually for a supportive, one-on-one conversation. Most sessions take place on Google Meet, but if Google Meet does not work for you, I also offer coaching sessions over the phone, FaceTime, or WhatsApp video chat. Please message or email me after booking to let me know which platform feels most comfortable for you.

During the session, we’ll talk about where you currently feel stuck, overwhelmed, burnt out, or ready for change. This is a safe, supportive space to explore your goals, reconnect with yourself, and receive guidance, encouragement, and accountability.

You do not need to have everything figured out before showing up. Come as you are. I’m here to support you.
